You have to sign up, but it is free. K-12 teachers can find lessons to help flip their classroom.

Dans une économie de la production, la création de valeur est fondée sur le territoire, le travail et le capital.

 

Dans une économie du savoir, la création de valeur dépend principalement des idées et de l'innovation qui se trouvent dans la tête des gens.

 

La performance d’une entreprise dépend donc de sa capacité à mobiliser l'intelligence collective et les connaissances.

 

S'il faut et s'il faudra toujours savoir produire et vendre, ce n'est plus aujourd'hui un facteur suffisamment différenciateur dans la compétition internationale.

 

Hier, l'entreprise était industrielle et commerciale, demain il faudra qu'elle soit de plus en plus une entreprise intelligente.

 

Dans ce cadre, le coaching apparaît comme un outil puissant.

'Coaching' as a staff Professional Development Tool This year my school has introduced a 'Coaching' scheme for staff in an attempt to help staff develop their strengths and weaknesses in an internally driven and supported manner. We run on a Australian School year so it runs from January - December. We have had a magnificent start to the New Year and this new process was introduced to all staff during our professional development days in January.
