Here comes a new Cydia tweak that lets you have more icons in the app-switcher. MultiStorey cydia tweak redesigns your iPhone, iPod and iPad's app-switcher. If you are a power user and have a lot of applications in your app-switcher and every time you need to switch to a recently opened app, you double press the home button to look for the recently close apps and you have to scroll away to check for the app you have closed long back. Not anymore! With Multistorey cydia tweak you can have 2 rows so you can access all the recently closed apps in the app-switcher without having to scroll over and over again. Cydia Description
Redesign the app-swtitcher!Compatible with iPhone, iPod and iPad tested on iOS 5.1.1. MultiStorey is a small tweak that serves its purpose effectively with no unnecessary bells and whistles. Adding extra real-estate to the app-switcher in the form of another row of icons, switching apps becomes far easier and faster with a lot less scrolling involved. MultiStorey also unifies the use of the app-switcher between devices as there is now simply one page to the left, the 'auxiliary' page, whether iPhone, iPod or iPad. On iPhone/iPod the slider located in that pages can be easily toggled between volume and brightness by tapping the slider glyph. Making smart use of the newly avaiable space without overdoing it, it also made sense to add an artist label above the currently playing track. Soon enough, you'll realise how cramped the original app-switcher felt! What's the best part? Multistorey is free tweak available in Cydia Modmyi repository. You can download it by searching for MultiStorey in the search tab of Cydia. If you like the tweak you can donate to the developer Jamie or send him a shout on Twitter
