This product makes portable recording easier. The usb aspect of the microphone is great. It is studio quality. Having built in focus controls and different sonic options. Its able to hook up to the iPad as well as any usb plug in.

This is a very nifty invention to have if you don't have you laptop handy, it having USB capability can come in handy in a tight spot.

I chose this one because, I thought I could learn more about microphones used for at home studios. Instead I am bombarded with ads and a short article that gives me little to no infornmation.
