This article will help me prove that depression can be caused by other factors that may go unnoticed. Also, it can be caused by internal problems rather than external.

There is a link between sleep apnea as well as other sleeping conditions and depression. Therefore, many people could be affected by both conditions and they both are a risk factor for developing one another. Indeed, we get a better grasp at comprehending the importance of a good night of sleep for one's mental health (just as much as physical health). Though this article is quiet old, other more recent and reliable research i found suggest the same results. Sleeping problems are involved in a very complex manner in the depression diagnosis.
